Complete FT-102 hybrid HF radio for parts. Most likely needs relays as all FT102 need after a few years. Radio is in good shape and is repairable. VCO, digital readout, etc are working. The FT-102 is a Yaesu crown jewel hybrid that I thought I would restore but I am a Kenwood radio collector/restorer and I don't want to learn new (Yaesu) tricks.
