Greetings all, Imy old ham club in California  has been gifted a Henry 2-KD amplifier from a SK that they are selling to raise funds for their club. (Catalina Amateur Radio Association)

Specs for the amp are here

EHam Review of the AMP here

My friend has the amp at his house and has told me the following:  this is the Classic Desktop version and is wired for 220V but but will need a new power cord. He said it is very clean but has no way of firing it up for a test.  It was running just fine when the club acquired it.

They have it for sale at $800 and my friend will be driving out to see me in the next few weeks and could deliver it.

Hey Scott,

Cool piece of hardware. I can't use it, but your source made me think of the only QSL card I have from my grandfather. It's sent from a ham in Avalon, in 1921. My grandfather was in Altadena.
