What portable batteries do you think is best, the A123 or LifePO4? I bought an A123 from Buddipole but not sure what direction to take for a solar panel and a solar charge controller. Your thoughts?

I thought A123 was just a specific brand of lithium iron phosphate battery?

LifePO4 is definitely cool, but unless weight is the primary criteria, it's still a heck of a lot more expensive than a 22AH deep cycle from Walmart for $40 and a $16 DC inverter.

Thanks, it is a lithium battery. Bought it before I did any research on batteries and solar power. Now I'm wondering if I made a good choice or not. Time will tell.
