Hi there! I was listening in on 145.145 last night and someone (I missed the call sign) was talking about being an Elmer for PRA and teaching DMR. I’m a brand new ham and would love to get some more information on this. I’m working with an Anytone 878 ht from about E-470/Smoky Hill. Thanks!
